Provide comprehensive telephone; e-mail and on site technical support and training to customers and resellers. Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner. Provide implementation services including installation and training of our applications along with follow-up support. Support hands on involvement with the development of Training Material and influence product development. TRAINING PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER. THIS IS A HOME BASED POSITION THAT WILL REQUIRE BOTH VIRTUAL AND ON SITE TRAINING TO CUSTOMERS. MUST HAVE 3D CAD EXP. MUST UNDERSTAND 3D ENGINEERING PROCESSES MUST UNDERSTAND 3D CAD TOOL. 1 or more experience of design using solid modeling based MCAD systems in industry of school, preferably with either SolidWorks or Inventor.
