Description
Global Financial Firm located in IRVING, TX has an immediate opening for a Application Programmer Expert.

Scope of Work:
1. Requirements gathering, attending JAD sessions.

2. Prepare/Review design documentation

3. Perform code reviews and unit testing. Resolve defects during various phases of testing

5. Develop Delphi code to satisfy Business requirements

Competencies Required: This is a Tech Lead position so strong analytical and technical skills is required

2. 5 years of Delphi Experience, Delphi 2005 is plus

3. 5 years of SQL databases experience, Oracle experience is plus

4. Must have strong understanding of SDLC and should be able to perform code reviews, unit testing etc.

5. Must be a good team player

6. Must be able work in fast pace environment under minimal supervision

7. Strong communication skills are required

8. Experience with Offshore model is plus

9. Experience with version controls (Rational Clear Case) systems and maintaining multiple code bases is plusdf-tc
