DESCRIPTION
This project will put in place various tools to support Mobility network planning, Global Access Management and Strategic Pricing. Tools include network and budget planning, operations modeling and control, hardware configuration design and pricing, and reporting tools for data mining and analysis. Developer will work closely with business analysts to implement these tools and must be able to handle and extract information from large data sets, engage in data-driven problem solving, and understand and implement complicated mathematical algorithms.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytic skills a must
- Must be self-motivated to solve problems
- 3+ years of experience using JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJBs, J2EE, and XML
- Sun Java Certification is a plus
- Strong Front End development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT
- 3+ years of Web database application development experience using MVC Architecture
- 5+ years of Oracle SQL and PLSQL experience
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL Certification (desired but not required)
- Strong experience with large data process using C/C++, AWK, Perl, or Shell script under Unix environment is a plus
- 3+ years of experience using JSP, Servlets, Beans, EJBs, J2EE, and XML
- Sun Java Certification is a plus
- Strong Front End development skills in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT
- Must have used Eclipse, SQL Navigator/TOAD, Apache, Tomcat, Unix (Solaris), Oracle 8i/9i/10g for production-level projects
- Experience using Tomcat, Apache, Oracle 9i AS or Oracle 10G Application Server, and Web Logic
- Spring, Hibernate, Java Server Faces knowledge/experience.
- Must have experience developing with Spring framework and Hibernate
- 3+ years of Web database application development experience using MVC Architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with clients and business users
- MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc with transcript is a must
- Familiarity with telecom network is a plus
- Ability to take lead developer/architecture role for different systems
