BCS has been asked to indentify a Application Support Analyst for one of our clients.

The initial duration of this project is 1 year.


Scope of work:
The qualified person will maintain and troubleshoot the continued production operation of the critical call processing and call processing support applications in a highly available 24x7 call center environment.

Escalated issues come from the Help Desk agents
Monitoring the team s call-out queue and responding to pages and requests.
Communicating with customers to understand and provide status on requests.
Performing problem investigation using established processes.
Resolving requests to the customer s satisfaction and in the event of application outages, restoring the application to full operational status.
Analyzing request trends and identifying actions that may reduce the number of future requests.
Developing and maintaining support documentation.
Planning, testing, and deploying application upgrades/fixes as a part of request resolution or approved projects.

Required Skills:
Associate/Technical School degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Two years experience supporting computer applications in a customer service role Demonstrated experience with request tracking product and request management processes Demonstrated experience supporting common call processing applications such as IVR, CTI, and Voice Recognition/TTS, BCS pays referral fees.
