Application Support Analyst

We are currently seeking several Application Support Analysts to work onsite with our client in Charlotte, NC. Selected candidates will be doing 80% application support and 20% development. Will provide after hours/on call rotating shift every 6 weeks. This team is responsible for supporting the applications running on The client s infrastructure for particular Systems. Duties include but are not limited to: Implement/Support the Infrastructure for a variety of Systems, Apply patches, fixes, upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning. Maintain technical system documentation. Support both Oracle and Microsoft database environments.

WE ARE NOT SEEKING HIGH LEVEL DEVELOPERS!

Qualifications:

• SQL skills (scripting, queries, etc.), Java, C#, Oracle, Windows, Web Services, and XML

• Possess Strong technical and troubleshooting skills and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines within specific timeframes.

• Basic understanding of Servers and networking and be a self-study with the ability to "think outside of the box"

• Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) be capable of working in a team environment (live and virtual).
