Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience.

Description:
Works on problems involving the evaluation of specifications for complex business requirements and processes (new, enhancements, maintenance), and develops and prepares computer solutions. Performs and leads modelling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by preparing test data for trial runs, tests and debugs programs. Participates in the overall systems testing. Supports the implementation of the application into production.

Developer will support the implementation of the BenefitPoint application for Wells Fargo Insurance Services including development and support of custom wrapper applications developed to support the product. Specific duties will include data conversion of employee benefit customer and policy data from a variety of Legacy benefit applications to templates provided by BenefitPoint application vendor. Process will include extracting and mapping of Legacy data elements to new formats along with detail quality assurance of data during conversion process. Developer will build data extracts from BenefitPoint required to support application interfaces to other financial applications Developer will also be responsible for change management processes related to conversion and interface development processes.
