Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
Production Technical Support Lead from the Oracle Comp Center Looking for a lead with 3+ yrs experience in Oracle Financial eBusiness Suite of products. Person needs to understand how to interface with client management and end users. Person will distribute and track work via a problem ticket system along with investigate problems themselves. A knowedge of the GTS budget system (GPF) of Work Authorizations and Cost Centers a plus. Will coordinate status reports weekly to the ASM/Prortfolio Mgr. Will need to work closely with the Dispatcherof regional GHPAT to coodrinate work. Manage/development Oracle e-business Financial suite of poducts in production environment. Manage flow, priority of work. Log/track issues. peform minor enahncement work.
