Description
You will provide expert- level telephone/mail based software/hardware application support for customers and field sales organization for boundary- scan (JTAG) test and programming tools, emulators and debug and integration tools. Requires a BSEE/BSCS and at least 1 years of hands- on experience in design of embedded real- time systems, RISC microprocessors, C, C++, Unix, DOS, and MS Windows. Demonstrated track record of successful high- technology hardware and/or software design experience. Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to work with Customers. Highly motivated and success- driven
Strong communication and presentation skills (especially over the phone)
Excellent time management and people skills
Hands on digital design and testing experience.

call for details, Knowledgeable in Boundary Scan (JTAG) (IEEE 1149. 1) Technology.
Knowledgeable in PC tools MS- Windows, MS office, etc. Programming experience, (i. e. Visual Basic, C, or C++) a plus.
