Role Responsibility
Receiving problem tickets from the First Tier Ariba Help Desk, researching the problem, and finding resolutions

Tracking the status of issues until closed

Escalating issues to the technical team or Ariba Support as required

Participate in system upgrade testing whenever necessary

Skill Sets

Experienced Ariba consultant with good technical skills, Ariba Buyer 8.1 experience - a strong plus

Knowledge of Procurement - in particular, knowledge of Ariba Buyer - 8.1 - a strong plus

Aml (Ariba Markup Language),

Know how to use Ariba Inspector

Ability to think logically.

Light knowledge of Java (for 3rd tier; for 4th tier - more knowledge)

Familiarity with SQL

Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills

Patience and helpful attitude

Good communication skills

Focused attention to detailsdf-tc
