Description
Our client in Sidney, NE is looking to add 6 AS/400 Developers to the team. Candidates must have between 2-7 years of experience on IBM AS/400 using RPG ILE programming language concepts and techniques. Experience with RPGIV, ILE, CLP, DB2, and 3-4 years of JDA/MMS, Clarion and/or WinDSS experience for some roles is also required. JDA Implementation experience is preferred for the more Sr. roles.
This position requires a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent level course instruction, plus 3-6 years programming and design experience. A strong working knowledge of computer programming language concepts and techniques is also require. Knowledge of structured application analysis design and database practices. 3-6 years of experience with RPGIV and ILE, CLP, AS400, DB2 and at lease 3 years of JDA/MMS experience. JDA implementation experience preferred. Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects of varying priorities and to shift focus from one project to another is required. Ability to function as a team player. Skill in utilizing good judgment in application of technical skills. Ability to apply technical skills to solve current and future business needs ensuring logical, feasible, and practical methods or solutions in development processes. Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology. Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner.
