Associate Marketing Manager

Employment Type: 9 month Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, managing and executing online marketing programs that drive new magazine subscriptions. This individuals will be responsible for the management of all online marketing tactics to drive magazine subscriptions including: selection of keywords, management and optimization of search engine Paid Per Click (PPC) campaigns, creation and implementation online banners, promos and email campaigns designed to generate magazine subscriptions, optimization of all media placement, determination of the most effective pricing and promotion options for the online audience, creation and implementation of all online magazine subscription registration pages, creation and management of online subscription product/pay plans, analysis of results and effectiveness of subscriber acquisition, management of online marketing budget and development and execution of reports as requested by senior managements.

Create, manage and execute member acquisition programs: special offers, specific acquisition tactics (house advertising campaigns, email, special promos, up sell messages, etc), including offer set-up (pricing, offer codes and ongoing management
Create, manage and optimize search engine PPC campaigns including: keyword selection, bidding, copywriting and analysis and reporting
Analyze results and evaluate effectiveness of member acquisition

Top Skills:
Excellent organizational, analytical, communications (especially written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with creative and engineering teams to execute desired marketing programs Proven ability to create effective marketing campaigns and excellent copywriting skills
Minimum of 1 years experience in search engine marketing.
The ability to prioritize tasks; the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines; willing to work overtime as needed.
Excel, PowerPoint, and Crystal Reporting Experience.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 2-4 years online marketing experience including a minimum of 1 years search engine marketing experience. MBA preferred.
