Description
Support all lines of business for the Chattanooga area in Associate Relations. This position will identify, evaluate and resolve associate relations issues. Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws. Responsibilities also include performance management, conducting various training courses, interpreting company policies/procedures, and special projects.

Requirements: Three or more years experience in the field of Human Resources including a strong background in associate relations; general knowledge of FMLA and workers' compensation; excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Previous training experience and management experience is a plus. PC proficiency is required.

Education: College degree required, HR or Business degree preferred.
