Description
You will be responsible for designing, estimating, coding, unit testing, and debugging new features being added to various Sage applications. You will work closely with other R&D teams including Product Management, Business Analysts, Requirements Analysts, Program Management, User Centered Design, Documentation, and Quality Assurance.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be expected to arrive at appropriate solutions to problems with some supervision. You will be mentored by Senior Software Engineers who will help you grow your skills to advance your career.

Experience/Skills
Requirements:

Strong analytical and coding skills

Able to grasp new technologies quickly

1 year of software development experience

Familiarity with C/C++, .NET, C#, or Java

Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills

Ability to work in a team environment


Ideal Candidate Adds:

UML experience

Software development processes

Design patterns

Experience shipping products

Solid foundation for software architecture and software engineering practices.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
