Description
This position is responsible for client support of all aspects of our audio visual services including video teleconferencing rooms. Must have the ability to speak knowledgeably, provide a positive customer service approach and understand various technologies within this field and know when, where, why and how to apply them to our needs. This person will also assist with routine equipment installation/operation/maintenance and customer service responsibilities; provide communication & coordination with other offices and with outside vendors & contractors. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Additional requirements include experience operating video conferencing & A/V equipment including peripheral equipment such as computers and document cameras as well as coordinating with bridging vendors to establish audio and/or video conferences. Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to video conferencing and A/V equipment and connectivity required. A college degree and/or relevant experience required. A min. of 3 yrs. exp. with Tandberg & Polycom video conferencing equipment in a financial firm or professional services environment required.
