We have an immediate need for a Audio/Visual/PC Support Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate will be interacting with clients to decide what their equipment needs are and to help with the creative and technical aspects of their event.

Work with outside freelancers and internal teams to produce and direct sound, light and video projects from concept to completion.

Perform hands/on video production services for both live video events as well as post production.



Candidate will also be required to perform standard PC Support functions - Installs/Moves/Adds/Changes - provides technical end-user troubleshooting and training for Microsoft Office, email, data security, administrative products and other desktop software, Perform help desk duties responding to end user inquires and maintaining the call ticketing system, Perform PC-related hardware and software support including installation, configuration and maintenance.



Please note: This is a long term, 12 month+ W2 contract position.
