Description
On behalf of a Casino-Hotel Resort in Tampa, Florida, Casino Careers Online is seeking an Audio Visual Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

Performs fabrication, set-up, assembly, and disassembly of all audio/visual equipment, scenery, wardrobes, instruments and tools necessary for the preparation of professional shows and performances.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

**Repairs and maintains lighting, sound and fly systems, drops, soft goods, wardrobe equipment, stage and stage floor, musical instruments, etc. to avoid delay or cancellation of performances due to malfunctioning equipment.
**Assembles sets and stages, including related light and sound components.
**Assembles and disassembles trusses for lighting shows, soft goods, scenery, drops, curtains, etc.
**Hangs and adjusts sound points as appropriate.
**Operates lighting, sound, set changes, performer turn-arounds, etc. during shows and performances.
**Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
**Other assignments as directed

Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or trade school certificate required, and three (3) years of related practical experience with sound, lighting, and other equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays and any special events held on property.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLILITIES
Supervises the Entertainment Techs and A/V Techs
