The AutoCAD/Space Planning Coordinator is a member of the Workplace Strategy Team with responsibilities including:
space planning, AutoCad, implementation/utilization of FM Interact facilities management software, and project coordination.

This roll will begin with the implementation of the FM Interact upgrade.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Address all assignments integrating the Corporate Real Estate mission statement to identify the value solution that best satisfies the needs of the project.
Utilizing FM Interact software, capture usage of Home Office with Facility Management software to enable strategic insight into the portfolio for reporting and planning purposes.

Develop restack plans, test fits and alternative space plans for Home Office Facilities as required to support organizational changes and initiatives.
Assist Space Planning Manager in developing annual M&O budgets for Home Office facilities.
Prepare and maintain as-built documentation of all home office facilities; updating all drawings to reflect current conditions, developing egress plans as required during construction projects and review on an annual basis for accuracy; development of other CAD drawings to support Facilities initiatives.
Prepare test fits for national locations and maintaining a directory of CAD drawings for all US locations.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
 Technical Skills - Expertise in AutoCad, experience with Web based facility management software, preferably FM Interact in tracking resource usage for use in tactical and strategic projects. Client Relationship Skills - This is a customer service roll, with a varied custumer base including Building occupants, various business unit point of contacts, and CRE team members, among others.

Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience utilizing AutoCAD in a space planning capacity
 * Experience working with Facilities Management Software (preferably FM Interact).
* General Knowledge of International Building Code, ADA requirements and BOMA standards.
*  MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, especially Excel)
 * Flexible to work occasionally in Shelton or Danbury for brief periods.df-tc
