Description
North Carolina automotive manufacturer has an immediate need for two contract Development Engineers at their Greensboro plant. You must have at least 5 years of recent automotive experience to be considered. Class 8 Truck Vehicle Dynamics background required. Responsible for specifying requirements, execution and evaluation of designs, analysis, development, testing and control of major engineering projects where creativity and initiative are involved as well as a high level of independent judgment. Exercises technical direction over other engineers or engineering support personnel and may have work direction responsibilities over a group with specific engineering objectives. Consults with supervisor as required. Class 8 Truck Vehicle Dynamics(Chassis Suspension). Diverse Design & Processes background including design for: Machining, Metal forming, Casting, Molding and Forging.
