Description
Modis is currently seeking a qualified Avaya Contact Center Engineer for an exciting contract to hire opportunity with our client in the Boston, MA area.

The position is expected to start immediately and last for an initial duration of 6 months prior to full time conversion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Avaya Contact Center Engineer will be responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting and technical support of an Avaya Contact Center. This position will involve making changes to the configurations on all Avaya Contact Center technologies including Call Management System (CMS), Avaya Interaction Center (IC), Avaya Operational Analyst (OA) and Avaya Business Advocate (BA).

Candidates must have strong experience in the fundamentals of Avaya networking & infrastructure (G3/TDM PBXs)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Expert Avaya Contact Center experience
- Strong Call Management System (CMS) experience
- Strong experience with the Avaya Interaction Center, Operational Analyst and Business Advocate modules
