Apex Systems is looking for 2 Avaya PDS Dialer technician/administrators in the Plano, Texas area. This will be a 1-4 year contract that could turn into full time employment. Technician/administrator
Must be technician certified by Avaya in PDS Dialer from Release 3 to current
Must have experience in system programming, system repair, advanced level troubleshooting, operating system, interface hardware, carrier circuits, PDS user features, dialer projects design, implementation, management.
Must have experience and training in dialer upgrades, patch management, configuration management, capacity management.
Must have working knowledge to perform daily reporting in the area of capacity management
Must have working knowledge of dialer project setup and management of multiple dialers and multiple dialer projects sequenced to perform back-to-back dialer projects.

must be available for performing specific work tasks after-hours as required by Change Management Process
o Note: expect late evening and/or weekend change control work effort to be a normal course of business for this effort.

must provide personal information for extensive background checks for inappropriate conduct as an adult.
Term: Long term (1-4 years) with possibility for direct employment.
Work week: Monday Friday 8am 5pm or any variation of an 8 hour work day that meets customer demand.

ON-CALL: rotation of all 5 engineers
