My client is expanding in the Business Continuity Practice areas, and we have an immediate need for multiple Sr. level Consultants (100% travel required Monday through Fridays). We are looking for highly experienced professionals (multiple diverse positions) with a strong background in leading client engagements. Some positions require BCP DRP hands-on IT Architecture, High Availability, etc, and some positions require Senior / Executive Leadership in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery to help our clients define the direction and implementation of corporate-wide solutions.

Preferred: Big-4, Big-5, Big-6 consulting background; CBCP CDRP; mainframe, open systems, midrange systems, networks, etc infrastructure

Position requires in-depth knowledge of Complex Engagement Leadership; Consultant will develop transition plans, and facilitate group workshops.
You must have an in-depth knowledge of leading-edge Business Continuity products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to influence clients; expected to lead technical workshops, provide technical direction, and produce quality technical architecture documentation. The Business Continuity Architect position (for High Availability) is responsible for designing end-to-end Business solutions for client environments. You are expected to translate client business requirements into the appropriate business continuity solutions, considering all aspects of availability, recoverability, scalability and security; must be able to identify the impact that the business requirements and solutions will have on the client's environment, across the layers of Business Continuity (i.e. strategy, vision, organization, processes, applications and data, technology and facilities); responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Business Continuity Engagements, making sure that the overall client vision is achieved and any technical issues are addressed.
Availability Consultant is responsible for helping clients evaluate & implement strategies/solutions to enhance the availability of clients business. Availability focus is on minimizing downtime, maximizing up-time & providing a higher level of service. Solutions are geared toward keeping systems running, rather than recovering them after an outage. Responsibility to provide clients with a high level, management oriented view of how & where changes can be made to enhance the client's application & infrastructure availability posture.

This position includes the following:
