Provide leadership and guidance to a technical team in providing consulting services to clients using the Company's BI/ETL tools.
Manage all phases of application development which includes requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Manage a team of technical leads, developers, and client staff.
Must be well groomed and dress in neat, professional business attire.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or business field; or equivalent work-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work background should include experience in a technical consulting or engineering environment.

A minimum of fourteen (14) years previous experience in a position involving application development and maintenance.
A minimum of seven (7) years experience working with BI/ETL tools and high level languages.
A minimum of five (5) years previous experience in a position involving project management.
A minimum of five (5) years in Database Architecture and Database Design.
Significant experience in Web development.
GUI tool or other Front End technology.
Exposure to multiple Database Management Systems, with exposure to SQL based DBMS's a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing and able to travel as necessary. The position is 75% traveldf-tc
