BSCE, Executive, Regional Manager, Sales, Relo, Perm $110K To $198K+

These jobs are hands-on Civil Engineering Regional Operations Manager/Executive positions:
You must have 15 years in Civil Engineering firms, and 5 years as a Business Operations Manager including New Business Development/Sales, full personnel responsibility, budgets, etc. BSCE is required and MBA or MSCE is preferred; PE is required. You must have a very stable work history; we are looking for long-term career professionals; no consultants please. We have multiple Regional Operations Manager positions open now including the areas of highway/roadway construction, bridge engineering, traffic & transportation, etc.

Required:

• Ability and willingness to relocate immediately to the US City where position is located;
• BSCE required; PE required;
• 15 years in Civil Engineering firm;
• 5 years Civil Engineering Operations Manager including New Business Development/Sales, full personnel responsibilities, budgets, financials/profitability, project management, etc;
• Excellent verbal and written English communications;

• MSCE, MBA, Phd Civil Engineering, etc;
• 5 years roadway/highway Engineer design and construction;
• 5 years traffic/transportation Engineer design and construction;
• 5 years bridge Engineer design and construction, inspection;

• We also have multiple other Roadway Design, Bridge Design, Bridge Inspection, Traffic & Transportation, Water Management/Waste Water, and more Engineer positions; and Aviation/Airport Architect positions available.

• Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential
• Annual salary of $110,000 to $198,000 depending on experience (Target. Relocation required; company-paid relocation package --- Live in most any large US City
• 40 to 50 hour work week
• 80% travel, Monday through Friday, home weekends
