Description
This is a Civil Engineering senior Operations Division Manager position specializing in Tolls Traffic and Transportation

You must have a BSCE (MSCE, PE, MBA Finance Economics etc preferred). 15 years Civil Engineering required including with analysis of Traffic, Transportation, Tolls Revenue and Pricing, etc. You must have 5 years Senior Manager background with full personnel responsibilities of 20 Civil Engineering professionals, hiring, mentoring, training and career growth, Business Plan, budgets, all Operations Department Financials, technical reviews, project management, direct customer interface, formal presentations, etc. You will also take leadership in New Business Development/Sales and Marketing.

Required:
  • BSCE required;
  • 15 years Civil Engineering overall;
  • 10 years Project Management, Technical Reviews, QA, Guidance for Complex projects;
  • 5 years in Senior Manager position with full personnel responsibilities of 20 Civil Engineering professionals;
  • 5 years with Traffic Transportation Tolls, Revenue & Pricing, Developing Business Plan, Corp Operations Dept Financials, Budgets, Costs & Expenses, New Business Development/Sales and Marketing, ie General Manager responsibilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications;
Preferred:
  • MSCE or MBA Finance Economics Masters etc preferred;
  • Professional Engineer PE Registration;

This position includes the following:
  • Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential
  • Annual salary of $135,000 to $172,000 depending on experience
  • Relocation required; company-paid relocation package
  • 40 to 50 hour work week
  • 25% travel, Monday through Friday, home weekends
