Large Service Provider seeks a BSS/OSS Consultant - Four or more years experience with the VoIP order management and provisioning in the telecommunications industry required. Must understand the nature of the business problems in telecommunications industry and be able to both process and technology solutions. Must have process expertise in telco ordering and provisioning. Preferred to have some experience in either custom and/or package implementation in order management, provisioning workflow, and/or enterprise application integration solutions. Knowledge of VoIP services required. Consulting experience strongly preferred. Deep telco process knowledge in order management and/or provisioning of VoIP products (Local, Long, IP, Hosting, CPE etc). Specific technology includes any order management package (Cygent), IBM WBI, Vitria etcdf-tc
