Software test and verification GSM/CDMA

Technical support for handset approval: Lab test, user trial, CDG3, etc.

Technical support and trouble-shooting for handset problems before and after approval

Technical support includes handset download, visiting carriers, and participating in some field testing

Support technical matters for sales & marketing

Support and co-work with people from Korea & San Diego

Complete weekly reports

Interact with internal/external divisions through conference calls

Some travel required, however, is irregular

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree: Resumes must include GPA.

1+ year handset experience

Must understand basic hardware and software concepts and terminologies for wireless

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual in English-Korean is a plus

Ability to present information and respond to uestions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general publicdf-tc
