My client is a global provider business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS) products, solutions and services. Our market-leading products are developed, implemented and supported by over 1,700 professional staff from 31 offices around the world. More than 70% of the world’s largest communications companies rely on Intec solutions to help them deliver profitable, high quality, innovative services.

We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to work with our Central & Latin American pre sales team specializing in Intec’s Convergent Billing & Customer Management suite of products.

Based in our Atlanta office, this is a key Carribean / Central and South America pre-sales position offering an exceptional opportunity to work with an elite team of highly skilled professionals in a global environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present technical architecture and product design solutions to customer.
  • Provide business template solution, benefit and value-based benefits of the company, product, people and process.
  • Advise and educate sales and pre-sales teams on industry trends, developments and complementary technology that will integrate with Intec product offerings to provide a comprehensive solution to client business requirements.
  • Provides leadership in terms of industry and/or product knowledge in the Sales organization and works to build external awareness of products and services.
  • Identify and communicate market requirements to product management teams.
  • Extensive travel, primarily within South America

    We are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent post-secondary education), preferably with a technical focus.
  • 6+ years of solution experience, with a background that includes business support systems and the telecom industry.
  • Software development, professional services, and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Billing, Rating and CRM solutions preferred
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
