Description
The Mobile Developer builds mobile application features by analyzing use cases, user experience, architectural and design requirements to develop unit tests and to construct code to satisfy the unit tests. Mobile Developers focus on delivering mobile user interfaces, hardware interoperation, and on-device data services Work with the server-side team to port a specific application, to the Blackberry Platform.


REQUIRED: 3 years Blackberry - RIM SDK - JAVA experience, mobile video streaming
1. STORM experience
2. BOLD or CURVE experience
3. Complete at least one Blackberry.App World* application submission (on in the process of completion).

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate track record of developing and releasing Blackberry applications (iPhone a plus). Demonstrate experience in Object Oriented design and development of applications and systems. Master new technologies and push the envelope for performance and reliability. Provide defensive coding ability accompanied with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills. Creat rapid prototyping of mobile applications in cooperation with marketing and product development teams. Development of User Interfaces for mobile devices.

Requirements:

5+ years of mobile Java development experience, with at least 2 years of development experience on the iPhone and/orBlackberry platform. Strong understanding of iPhone/Blackberry JDE, MDS runtime, interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrency and multi-threading. Experience in J2ME and blackberry or Iphone application performance analysis and tuning, benchmarking and unit testing is desired. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline and experience.df-tc
