Description
practical experience in help desk, desktop support, or retail store role troubleshooting PC, wireless, mobile phone or PDA problems. Use knowledge of mobile platforms to effectively understand the solutions that run on them. Understand and comfortably navigate through mobile network operator support processes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve wireless operator account issues and mobile phone or wireless data-enabled device issues. Able to work independently to own customer issues until they are resolved to satisfaction.
