Title: Associate, Global HR Tech & Administration

Location: Secaucus, NJ

Job Responsibilities:
Learn Buck’s Implementation software (OnPoint) standard procedures, programming and policies
Use OnPoint to setup new client implementations.
Use OnPoint to complete Change Orders which call for modification to the client’s OnPoint system.
Work with client data – Requires some knowledge or Relational Databases
Modify standard input mapper specifications for client specific data.
Test input mapper using test data supplied by client.

Experience/Skills
Experience/Education/Training:
0-2 years experience in Defined Benefits Administration or equivalent

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills; ability to comprehend complex terms and concepts
Strong mathematical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Access
Knowledge of and familiarity with relational databases

Key Success Factors:
Quickly learn the basic principals of implementing a benefit plan using the standard OnPoint software and tools,
Debugging and fixing new and existing OnPoint setup code
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Detail oriented
Proficiency with MS Office Products
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients and account executives
Pension benefits administration or actuarial experience a plus
