Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an EPIC Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
This position will require experience in Design, build and validate skills, understand business processes in the hospital and clinic and emergency room environment, be able to communicate well with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This client is a premier healthcare facility located in the San Francisco Bay area. A minimum of 5+ years experience in clinical systems is preferred.

Candidates must have clinical experience, implemented previous clinical systems and be experienced in working with technical and non technical staff. They should have good skills at defining clinical work flows, and documentation. Knowledge of hospital, clinic and Pharmacy operations is required. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Some travel will be required.

Required Skills:

  • Clinical system implementation experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • System Application Support experience


Desired Skills:

  • EPIC System Application Experience


Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or college degree is clinical or other medical Information Technology degree


Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:

  • EPIC Certification in Clinical Documentation preferred
