Position Purpose
The Output Group Business Analyst performs the tasks necessary to ensure that all assigned output is processed and mailed in accordance with quality and service standards. She/He acts as a liaison between business customers, print vendors, and internal IT contacts.

Principal Responsibilities
*Coordinates the activities of all departments involved in the production of participant statements and transaction confirms.
*Schedules and monitors production runs.
*Acts as a resource to the department on all statement issues and systems such as Statement Front End and Retirement Statement Tracking System.
*Responsible for maintaining the data in the Retirement Statement Tracking System and publishing statistics reflecting volumes, timeliness, etc
*Responsible for maintaining component inventory
*Audits output process including printed output, insert components, and electronic output (COLD).
*Analyzes and resolves output production issues
*Compiles quarterly output production statistics
*Reconciles invoices
*Assists in implementation of minor enhancements.
*Serves as Subject Matter Expert and production advocate on teams developing new output products


Qualifications
*College degree and one year of related work experience, OR a minimum of five years related work experience
*Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and outside of the enterprise
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
*Ability to work independently with limited supervision

PREFERRED
*Working knowledge of the retirement plan industry
*Working knowledge of OmniPlan, RPS Statement Front-End, RPS Retirement Statement Trackingdf-tc
