RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be on the forefront of Disney Parks & Resorts content integrations and new initiatives that enable Guest access to systems and experiences. Support WDP&R enterprise content management and distribution system (One Source). Partner with internal and external teams to deliver new projects and initiatives including new Guest and Cast UI experiences for WDP&R Segment. Support more than 20 business units in meeting their current initiatives and future strategies. Work in highly productive, multi-project environment where team efficiency is critical for success. Responsibilities include gathering of requirements, definition of specifications, communication planning, change management, ensuring adherence to governance standards, testing, training, and acceptance. Act as central coordination for Data Governance and New Product loads for WDW Booking Systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Proven familiarity with IT Project Lifecycles and Methodologies
* Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
* Demonstrated strong partnering skills
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule
* Willingness to learn new software applications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience with content management and/or data management
* Proven knowledge and understanding of Walt Disney World Composite Booking Systems
