Business Analyst - 3323-4-6-9-4

Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline. Five (5) years experience in business analysis. Position may require some off-hours and travel.

Minimum (5) years experience business analyst for an Information Technology organization in a WEB environment. This candidate will be required to develop IT business requirements working with business teams; analyze business problems and design reusable information technology solutions. In addition this person will ensure that scope and measurable success-criteria are defined for associated development initiatives. This person will liaise with the technical/development staff and key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are defined and concisely documented. 

• Ability to both work in a project team and be a strong individual contributor directly involved in the hands-on work necessary to achieve the deliverables
• Possess proven business-analyst skills
• Ability to differentiate between tactical and strategic issues, and influence internal and external customers
• Ability to offer solution options to business owners/stakeholders
• Detail and process-oriented, well organized
• Strong decision making skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
• Able to work well on a team   
• Knowledge of HP Mercury Suite and Primavera Timesheets a plus
