Description
Zycron's client currently uses Clear Access as their ad hoc reporting tool for approximately 2600 users in corporate and their facilities. Clear Access is being replaced by Business Objects and they plan to bring in (5) contract resources that will provide support for the conversion to this new tool.The ideal candidate is a Business Analyst that has some experience writing SQL queries and or experience with Business Objects. They must have the ability to observe current business processes and quickly determine the best approach to integrate the new Business Objects tool. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and have been successful mentoring or training staff on new software tools. Skills or experience important to this position include:? Business Analysis expertise? Experience writing SQL queries? Business Objects experience? Training, Mentoring and Coaching skills? Strong Interpersonal skills? Excellent verbal and written skills? Familiarity with Patient, Financial and Statistical data and data manipulation? Ability to travel 50% of time** There are five positions available at this time.
