Description
Business Analyst, (it is like a BSA position) This person will work on an old Clinical systems (Lab, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Registration) this person will take calls form end user (from president to lab technician) about systems problems (such as patient is in a bed but not showing up on pharmacy systems), assisting with error reports from the medical floor to the business user as well as some small modifications to the systems. If the consultant cannot fix the problem they will escalate it to the vendor or the systems staff. This person needs to understand clinical environment, Crystal Reports, solve systems issues, and have excellent communication skills This person will be on call and does require some overtime. Wks Hrs 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5:00PM.consultants will have to have a background and health Screen
