Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years business analysis experience in a web-based and/or client-server application environment. 1.Excellent Communication skills. 2.1 year to 5 years experience as a Business Analyst. 3.6 months to 3 years experience in analysis and/or development working with the Cram framework. 4.1 year to 5 years experience in the field of human services within the past 10 years: as a Business Analyst working specifically with TANF, Food Stamps or Medicaid in any capacity.5.Experience in educating both program and technical user staff in the functionality and configuration capabilities of Cram: 6 months to 18 months 6.Certification as a Cram Certified Professional: Business Developer. 7.Experience in evaluating user data and user processes and mapping them into the Cram framework in 1 to 3 projects. 8.Experience utilizing the Rational Unified Process in a Business Analyst capacity in 1 to 3 projects. 9.Experience in preparing and conducting presentations to user groups in 1 to 3 projects. 10.Experience in conducting and/or participating in JAD sessions as part of a project team in 1 to 3 projects.
