Business Analyst Primary Responsibilities: - The Systems Analyst will participate in system enhancements and integration projects in an FDA regulated environment. - Core job responsibilities will include skills to apply analytical thinking, develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation and business process workflow. - Job tasks also include creating, reviewing and routing requested system changes and developing detailed specifications for modifications and enhancements. Requirements: 4-6 years experience as Business/ Systems Analyst Strong process skills (ability to work with user community, understand/interpret user requirements and translate them to functional requirements) Strong documentation skills (important!) Experience with Call Center & Complaint Management systems. Appreciation for quality and attention to detail. Experience with Software Life cycle process in FDA regulated environment preferred. Work experience with the UML (Unified Modeling Language and Use Cases highly desired. Experience with MS Office Tools and Visio.
