Client is looking for:- -------------------------- Business Analyst:- ----------------- - Need 5 for client site in Novato,Calif (45 minutes north of San Francisco). T&L available. - This opportunity will required a 48 Business Hours Placement HOLD to insure the resource remains available during the clients selection process. - Please DO NOT SUBMIT UNLESS YOUR MANAGEMENT AGREES TO THE 48 HOUR PLACEMENT HOLD. - Prefer experience/background in commercial insurance. Require strong analytical skills, including problem solving, information gathering, translation of business requirements to detailed systems specifications and testing. - Responsible for product support for the Commercial Lines Policy Processing applications. - Use a combination of business and technical knowledge support of these applications during all phases of the System Development Lifecycle. - Fill a key role in the definition of business requirements and documentation of systems specifications. - Plan and complete thorough testing to ensure the technology solution satisfies the business requirements. - Work in close collaboration with business partners to gain a full understanding of their business requirements. - Lead and conduct business requirements analysis and feasibility studies. - Recommend and gain agreement on approach for system solutions which are imaginative, thorough, practical and consistent with business objectives. - Complete all documentation throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle using standard department tools and artifacts. - Determine test strategies and develop appropriate test plans, test cases, and expected results. - Lead and execute testing, working closely with the ADM vendor, to ensure testing objectives are met. - Respond to user questions regarding the applications'processing functionality and data.
