BCS has been asked to indentify a Business Analyst for one of our clients.

The initial duration of this project is 12 months.

Scope of work:
This role is for a business analyst to assist with the conversion activities associated with the Detailed Design phase, the Build phase, and into the mock conversions.

Responsibilities include:

Detailed Design phase: The resource will be responsible for creating the detail mapping documents which will include source to target mappings as well as the logic needed to get the target. The different types of conversion includes manual, automated (Informatica), and Maximo Data Loader (MDL).

Build phase: The resource will be responsible for creating and troubleshooting MDL loads and working with the build team on any changes needed to the mapping as well as assist with unit testing.

Mock conversions: The resource will be responsible to assist with the execution and validation of conversions as well as identify, troubleshoot, and retest defects.

Required Skills:
Required skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, with employees and consultants Analytical thinker Very strong ability to communicate with the Business and Technical team members (ie-ability to understand both technical and functional aspects of conversions) Moderate SQL knowledge Moderate relational database knowledge Conversion Project Experience BCS pays referral fees.
