Analyze requirements and develop proposals and estimates for satisfying business need. Evaluate, install and maintain of purchased software, and requirements gathering, analysis, test, and implement in-house developed systems. Work in one or more specialized technical areas of software applications/systems under the guidance of a functional lead. Work for planning, effectiveness, and completion on schedule through periodic consultation and evaluation of results.Qualifications: Strong experience with interpreting business needs to technical teams working with Web interfaces. keen understanding of the call center - CSR environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong experience with relational databases, SQL Server preferred. MS Project highly desired.
