Main duties for job description:

Manage an electronic mailbox to register new users to the DO Plus Platform and maintain registration requests for existing accounts. Requires the maintenance of all modifications and users on DO Plus.
Assist Sales Team and BTCs in creation and management of project plans, issue logs, meeting notes, and other management documents in Lender Implementations on the DO Plus platform
Complete development and ongoing refinement of a broker survey process and work with the Sales Support Team, ADS Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders to administer, collect, and analyze.
Coordinate the creation and updating of process flows, process narratives, and support guides for conductors of various processes around Call Center Support, Registration, and other DO Plus activities as requested or as needed.
Coordinate the broker billing policy and incentive waiver process for DO Plus in both a phase 1 (manual) and phase 2 (integration with PeopleSoft)
Serve as primary point of contact for all document storage issues in regards to Documentum and CoPPeR databases, as well as managing the team's internal SharePoint site
Gather weekly bullet items of past week's accomplishments into the ADS Business Team Dashboard for management
Assist with presentations, marketing collateral, and other ADS team projects as required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have the following professional qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

Strong project management skills.

Capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts, perform robust analyses, and present recommendations to various audiences.

Knowledge creating and documenting both business and technical requirements.

Expertise using a PC with strong application software skills including MSOffice Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Access) and Visio (process mapping) is required.


SUCCESS QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to work independently with little day-to-day supervision.

The ability to make sound judgments and use problem solving skills to identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion.

The ability to manage projects to aggressive time frames and to ensure that deadlines are met. This is a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, so flexibility, innovation, and team focus are essential qualities for success.
