MAJOR DUTIES
Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs.
Responsible for translating business needs into formal and clearly documenting business requirements so that they can be used as input for system design
Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business benefit/impact and cost.
Assist in developing and maintaining work plan
Responsible for providing timely and accurate status to the project office
Responsible for identifying requirement and scope related issues and risks
Act as the liaison between business/user group representatives and system development personnel during development efforts.
Assist in developing and conducting QA acceptance testing plans and criteria
Assist with system support of developed applications through the unique combination of business and system analysis, quality assurance and post implementation product support.

Required Experience
3-5 years in requirements gathering and modeling
Experience in facilitating and leading requirement discussions
1-2 years of business process design experience
Business knowledge of Insurance Underwriting, Policy Administration or Claims

Broad knowledge of data modeling techniques.
Knowledge of client/server and/or internet architecture
Broad knowledge of Project Management Concepts

Minimum education required: Bachelors Degree
