We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst/Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for working with the business excellence group to support the development and deployment of a standardized global performance measurement and metrics system.
This global performance measurement system requires the development and refinement of measures obtained from processes, products, and services that permit evaluation and comparison relative to goals, standards, past results, and other organizations. Measurements will include non-financial and financial data. This position will also coordinate the discovery and documentation of business requirements for Business Intelligence needs.
Responsibilities include: the determination of:
Selecting appropriate financial and non-financial performance measures.
Assessing the resources needed to design and deploy the measurement system.
Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Proactively communicating and collaborating with leadership to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Working independently with groups to define performance measurement concepts.
Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Qualifications
- Project management and coordination - Strong project management experience. This should include identifying business requirements, cost estimates, resource allocation and developing and managing project plans.
- Experience with Change Management, Communication and Education Planning and delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience identifying comprehensive Organizational Performance Metrics aligned with business strategy and deploying an Executive Dashboard that includes:
Financial and non-financial process data
Value Creation metrics
Asset creation and growth metrics
Innovation, learning and change metrics
Short term and long term indicators
- Ability to align and integrate organizational measures across functional and geographic boundaries.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Understanding and awareness of Business Intelligence and Dashboard Technology, Systems, or Applications that support the collection and dissemination of global metrics, data and information.
- Experience in developing enterprise-wide requirements definitions for management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem resolution, and risk management skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- PMP Certification preferred.
