We are a national consulting company. We are based on a career model unlike any other and believe that through the use of technology we can provide customized solutions and met all of our clients needs. We are currently looking for a Sharepoint Business Analyst.

What you will be doing:
- Lead the requirements gathering with client business and IT personnel.
- Plan, document, and direct the analysis of complex business problems/processes.
- Develop/implement of internal/external workflow.
- Translate business requirements to functional requirements and document
- Ensure requirements meet expectations.
- Create specifications (Use Case, User Interface Specifications, Data Mappings).
- Evaluate/develop systems & procedures (cost effective/meet user requirements).
- Designing/developing custom applications.
- Assist in the writing of the test plans, cases & scripts.
- Ensure that test applications meet the functional requirements (traceability) and document software defects; conduct defect disposition meetings.
- Maintain/enhance existing applications to accommodate changes.
- Design/implement interfaces to Legacy systems.
- Identify/incorporate performance tuning.
- Assist project manager with issues.
- Experience working on change request (enhancement) management.

What you will need:
- 3-5 Years of Business Analyst or Related Experience
- Sharepoint or MOSS
- Must have experience with a variety of business processes.
- Ability to work through process change methodologies.
- Understanding of UML and business process modelling.
- Strong experience with software development life cycle.
- Solid business function and process analysis skills
- Familiarity with Web based application development and technologies (like J2EE, .NET, XML, etc.)
