Required #1 Previous experience as BA and Test Lead
Required #2 Requirements gathering
Required #3 Experience working with Customer/Consumer facing websites; external websites

Additional Notes:

This person would need to do the following:

- Lead team through Release 2 business requirements
- Coordinate and perform integration testing for Release 1 and 2
- Coordinate UAT for Release 1 and 2
- Coordinate Design Review and Prototyping sessions during Design/Build for R1 and R2

Ideally they would have Customer Facing Web experience. The technology is Microsoft SharePoint integrated with SAP CRM (SAP CRM knowledge not required).
