iTech Solutions a national professional staffing company has an immediate need for a Business Analyst with strong testing and 2 years of mortgage banking experience for our client in Anaheim, CA. Position Description: Develops a business needs analysis to provide to development teams and participates in various stages of data and requirement analysis for project needs. Work in close collaboration with the project managers and business users to gather analyze and document the functional requirements. Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users and produce project documentation. Documentation may be comprised of Use Cases, Business Rules, and User Interface specifications. A thorough understanding of the limitations and opportunities presented by client tools are essential. Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication skills, and strong judgment. Can work well in an independent environment.
