Duties include: Document current business processes and identify opportunities to improve the delivery of products and services through process improvement and workflow automation. Meet with business units to define the scope and requirements for banking and general business products and systems. Work with systems analysts, project managers, and product managers to enhance or develop new banking and general business applications and systems. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in accounting, business administration, computer science, or related field required.
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be very familiar with financial products and services, and bank operations.
Experience developing business requirements and business cases desired.
Candidate must have capability to learn basic application administration skills for specific software applications.
