Description
Work with business units to identify and specify complex business requirements for credit card production enhancements and medium sized projects. Gather and document business requirements, formulate logical statements of business requirements in the Business Requirements Document. Research and evaluate alternative business solutions and work with business and IT partners to recommend the most efficient and cost effective business solution. Analyze data in order to solve defects in the production environment. Manage small to medium production projects through the production bundle process. Document and coordinate the change control process. Give guidance and direction to other Systems Analysts, as needed. Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Supervision Received: Receives general supervision and is competent in all phases of systems analysis to work on own and requires minimal direction. Supervision Exercised: May assist and help train other analysts.df-tc

Experience/Skills
BS Degree preferred. Four, typically six or more years of credit card/revolving credit experience in systems or data analysis and design, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Requires knowledge of credit card functionality, strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the ability to work effectively with business and IT management and staff. Demonstrated experience in performing business analyst functions. Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft tools, including Word and Excel
