Job Title: Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsReports To: Technical Specialist, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsSUMMARY The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for developing sales reporting and ad hoc sales and market analysis requested by Sales, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Acist, and Nuclear Medicine. He/she is the secondary liaison between Sales Operations and IS with direct responsibility for supporting field Sales and Sales Operations data analysis requests. Implements Business Intelligence solutions (technology, data, applications, processes and training). Builds ad-hoc/production reports and data integration processes, as needed, to ensure that all high priority requests are satisfied. Leads the completion of initiation, requirements, design, build, test, implementation, and support of Business Intelligence solutions. Coordinates projects and requests across the Business Applications, Sales Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Performs ad hoc analysis for GPOs, Shareholders and IDNs to support Business Reviews and RFP processes. • Performs data analysis in direct support of Field Sales Representatives and Sales Operations with a concentration on answering sales report and account alignment questions.• Collaborates with Sales Operations in the prioritization and delivery of requests.• Builds ad-hoc reports in support of Finance, Sales Operations, Business Applications, and Marketing. • Responsible for data validation and leading activities to troubleshoot data issues. Develops recommendations for streamlining data maintenance processes.• Partners and aligns IS with business objectives by establishing working relationships at individual and department levels with all business partners. • Participates in the definition of business and system requirements for new Business Intelligence initiatives. Participates in all ongoing development of production BI tools and applications and Business Objects Universe(s).• Design, build, test, implementation, training and support of new reporting and analytic solutions and projects such as NextGen, Market Intelligence Suite, Business Intelligence Project, etc.• Distributes production monthly and year-end sales reports. • Measures usage of BI tools and applications. Drives the development of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support. Implements help desk procedures and FAQs. • Leverages organizational skills to develop plans, define priorities and track activities. Works with team members to establish priorities based on business drivers.• Manages assigned tasks while juggling urgent requests as they arise. Provides regular verbal and written project communications/updates of status and issues. Identifies resource requirements to support Business Intelligence area.df-tc

Experience/Skills
• Seasoned IS developer with 5-7 years of experience working in a product based company. • 3-5 years experience in developing and supporting Sales and Marketing reporting and analytics solutions.• Proven experience in facilitating the definition of business requirements, designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions.• Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare business applications experience.• In-depth knowledge of Business Objects is a must. • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.• Strong database design and SQL programming skills a plus.• Experience with Oracle DBMS (or other RDBMS) a plus.• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent work experience.CORE RELATIONSHIPS• Customers: primarily Sales, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Finance, Acist, and Nuclear Medicine • Financial Planning and Analysis team• Sales Operations team• IS Applications teams• IS Technical Operations team• External contractorsto schedule an interview please send an updated resume with salary requirements to james.lockwood@rht.com
